Customers with more demand (four or more headhunting positions) and long-term (one year or more) who need senior talents pay lower commissions (20%-35% of annual salary) and receive the same or even the same quality of service. The index is better than the standard headhunting service, and the overall cost is lower than the standard headhunting project; strengthen the pre-enterprise inspection (foreign enterprises need field visits), fully understand the actual situation and cultural atmosphere of the enterprise, improve the understanding accuracy of the demand; The team pre-establishes a dedicated talent pool for customers, and prepares the talents needed for the customer's strategic adjustment in advance. Charging method: After the two parties sign a long-term cooperation agreement, the enterprise prepays 30,000-50,000 yuan of entrusted funds to support the annual operation of the headhunting or negotiates and determines; each candidate is qualified to hire one position and pay 80% of the total service fee for the position; the guarantee period is settled after the settlement 20% of the remaining service fees for this position. Settled after the contract expires.
